Tracking confirmation

SyncSilo allows you to automatically notify your customers the moment a package is shipped including the corresponding track/trace information.

WooCommerce
To make use of this functionality, set up the following:

  1. Install and activate the Shipment Tracking plugin.

  2. Let us know via email/live chat that you want to use this functionality.

  3. Once we have enabled this feature on your account, with every incoming track/trace notification (from the supplier), SyncSilo will update the WooCommerce order with the track/trace information, as well as set the order to 'Completed/Completed'.

  4. Updating the status to 'Completed/Completed', will, from WooCommerce, trigger an email to the end customer containing the delivery information.

Should you wish to customize/test the email templates, it is best to create a test order in WooCommerce that you manually update yourself with a fictitious track/trace number. Then set the order to Completed, to send the email.
