Packing Slips / Invoices

When forwarding an order you have the option to send a packing slip along. You can upload a PDF document during order submission that will be printed and included with the ordered items.

WooCommerce

If you are using the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin, and have it generate an invoice and/or packing slip, it is also possible for SyncSilo to automatically add these to the order. You can turn this on using the following steps:

  1. Install and activate the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin.

  2. Check and/or change the templates (if necessary)

  3. After activation, navigate to WooCommerce -> PDF Invoices -> Status. Make sure the option "Allow Guest Access" is checked. This option will allow SyncSilo to automatically download the packing slip or invoice.

  4. Give us a call via email or live chat, and let us know which document SyncSilo should automatically add to the order: invoice or packing slip. The packing slip does not contain any amounts.

  5. Once this is also enabled on our side, all future orders will automatically have a packing slip/invoice generated from your WooCommerce installation.

In order for the above feature to work, it is important that our servers have access to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. So please pay attention to that when setting up any firewall and/or plugins that otherwise shield the admin area.
