When test mode is enabled all incoming orders will be automatically cancelled. If you are just starting to use our application the test mode is enabled by default.

Don't forget to disable the test mode so that the orders can be forwarded to the manufacturer. Are there still some test orders in the order list that you would like to delete? Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will delete the test orders for you.
